Chemyo S-23 at a Glance

Chemyo S-23 is one of the newer and less common compounds in the Chemyo range. It contains the SARM S-23 dissolved in a liquid carrier for laboratory research.

Each bottle holds 50ml at a stated concentration of 20mg per ml. In other words, one bottle contains 1,000mg of compound in total. Like every Chemyo product, it carries a batch number and research-only wording.

So how does it compare? Overall, our Chemyo S-23 review found strong quality signals and good value per milligram. However, it has no value pack or powder option, and research on the compound is limited.

What Is S-23? The Research Background

S-23 is a non-steroidal selective androgen receptor modulator. It came from the same research group that developed Andarine and Ostarine.

Researchers studied S-23 in rats as a possible male hormonal contraceptive. In those studies, it reversibly lowered sperm production. At the same time, it affected muscle, fat and bone.

However, S-23 has never been tested in a human clinical trial. As a result, its effects and risks in people are largely unknown, and no regulator has approved it.

Our Chemyo S-23 Review in Detail

4.8Labelling

Clear and Consistent Label

The label states the compound, the concentration and the volume. It also carries a batch number and research-only wording. Just as important, it makes no health or performance claims.

4.6Batch Testing

Batch Number and Lab Report

Each bottle links to a batch and to a third-party Certificate of Analysis. A good report confirms identity, purity and concentration. Therefore, always match the batch on your bottle to the report.

4.6Value

Good Value per Milligram

At $69.99, Chemyo S-23 is one of the lower-priced liquids. Moreover, its 20mg/ml concentration gives 1,000mg per bottle, twice as much as RAD-140 for less money.

4.3Availability

Sold Through Authorised Resellers

After chemyo.com closed, ChemyoLabs became the main source for the liquid range. S-23 is a less common compound, so it is worth checking stock before you plan research around it.

3.6Range Options

Liquid Only

S-23 comes only as a 50ml liquid. There is no powder and no value pack. So if you want more choice, compounds such as Cardarine or MK-677 offer far more options.

S-23 Risks: What the Research Says

Good quality control tells you what is in a bottle. It does not make the compound safe for people. For S-23, the main concerns come from animal studies and the lack of human data.

Fertility effectsRat studies showed lower sperm production, which was the aim of the research.
Hormone suppressionS-23 lowered natural hormone levels in animal studies.
No human trialsS-23 has never been tested in a human clinical trial.
Unknown effectsIts short- and long-term effects in people are unknown.

Banned in sport: WADA lists SARMs, including S-23, as prohibited substances at all times, in and out of competition. Strict liability applies, so athletes answer for anything found in their sample.

How to Verify Genuine Chemyo S-23

Copycat sites use the Chemyo name, so check every bottle before you trust it.

  1. Buy from an authorised reseller

Use ChemyoLabs or another seller with a direct link to the producer.

  2. Find the batch number

It should be printed clearly on the bottle and the label.

  3. Match it to the lab report

The Certificate of Analysis must show the same batch number.

  4. Check the seal and label

Look for a sealed cap, sharp printing and research-only wording.
